I interacted with the very helpful and competent staff. Comfort room in good condition was the best. A private safe, central heating, and an electronic key card were a nice touch.

I had a fantastic stay at this budget hotel! The room was clean and well-equipped. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond. Great value for money, highly recommend it.

The hotel is located in a rather strange area for this kind of hotel.

nicely decorated and warm room with a flat-screen television, a coffee maker, and a writing table. exceptionally comfortable bed, super-friendly personnel at the reception desk. location really close to the centro mall and the arena, and the biggest shopping center in the northern-western part of germany.

Select Hotel Oberhausen was a pleasant stay. We found the staff to be very friendly and the hotel itself to be clean. We enjoyed a delicious dinner at the on-site restaurant. Although the hotel is located in an industrial area with not much within walking distance, we didn't mind as we didn't need it for our trip. The parking was convenient and there was no need to pay. The room and bathroom, while a bit dated, were still comfortable. it was a good choice for our stay.

The hotel's location is great for shopping, shows and concerts. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. It was easy to park and there's a lovely park nearby. Breakfast was excellent and the bar was well-stocked. We also appreciated the coffee machine in the room and the designer toiletries in the bathroom.

The check-out personnel could have been more friendly and approachable.

A very clean, modern and well presented hotel. The staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. I would definately recommend this hotel to businessmen and anyone wanting to explore Oberhausen and the surrounding area.

Nice hotel, nice rooms, modern and up to date. Good restaurant especially the barbecue on Friday.

Very noisy as there are train tracks behind the hotel where about 400 trains per day pass. The noice is so bad that it is not possible to talk with other people on the terras when a train passes. Some trains generate a noice up to 100 DB. Hotel "am Centro" does not mean it is in the city center, as it is not.

Besides, the location was reasonably priced for our stay, within 25 minutes' walk of a shopping mall. Shopping malls and the Christmas market were right next door.

This place is fairly clean, with an excellent location near a multi-purpose arena, and the à la carte restaurant serves fresh food, making it a pleasant dining experience.

Room was excellent, good size and very clean. The food was first class with a good choice of menu.As a solo traveller, and female, I found it very safe and welcoming.

Poor bar facilities...could have been better in a hotel of this rating.
